Ambur has been in real estate for over 25 years and is an owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Advantage Realty and Realtor/BIC, Advantage Realty, LLC. She has experience in all the facets of a residential real estate transaction and helps Myron run the team and their business. Her commitment to customer service and her incredibly strong communication skills has been instrumental in the success of the Team Kiriu and Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Advantage Realty as a company. Sherrie Sasaki, RA, JD – Director of Team Kiriu Operations RS-74829

Joining our team in 2012, Sherrie came to us with a unique and diversified background. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology & Geophysics with a concentration in engineering geology and hydrogeology and in addition, earned her Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to joining Team Kiriu, Sherrie spent 5 years as a Project Geologist and 10 years as a licensed attorney. Sherrie has evolved into her role as a partner of Myron and Ambur managing the team and overseeing day to day escrow processes. She oversees each transaction as it advances through the escrow process and insures that every transaction is handled with the highest level of competency and professionalism.
Mary Martin, RA – Executive Associate RS-61523

Mary joined the team in 2010 with over 18 years of experience as an administrator with other real estate companies.  Mary's role with our team is to prepare contracts, prepare listing presentations along with the related comparative market analysis, and ensure that all members of the team are properly integrated with each other. Mary's past experience is additional insurance that your transaction is handled with the utmost professional care.
Debbie Jow Ito, RA, SRES – Technology Marketing Specialist RS-73401

Debbie graduated from Sacred Hearts Academy and the University of Hawaii with BFA in Design. She joined Team Kiriu with over 20 years of marketing, advertising and design experience. Before joining the Team, Debbie worked at HMSA, Hill & Knowlton/Communications Pacific, Design Logix, and Aloha Magazine in various capacities of marketing, design and project coordination. Debbie has also been an active agent with our company since 2010 and her previous experience as an active Buyers' and Sellers' agent brings a unique perspective to working for our clients to market their properties. She's excited to utilize her knowledge of both real estate and marketing to help the team continue to be forward thinking using technology to help our clients sell their homes.

Chris joined the Kiriu real estate team as a Client Relations Specialist. Born and raised in Hawaii he left to attend Seattle University where he gained a Masters in Professional Accounting. He returned to Oahu and worked at the well-known accounting firm KMH, LLP as an In-charge Auditor. As a client Relations Specialist, Chris enjoyed helping Sellers with their needs as their home was listed for sale. With his specialized accounting and listing background, he now helps our Buyers find the right real estate opportunity as our Buyers Specialist. He provides the sense of urgency needed to ensure our Buyers are first to see properties which ideally meet their needs and stays on top of the housing inventory to make sure our clients view new listings as soon as they enter the market. His market knowledge will be critical in helping you find the right property at the right price.

Grace Hwang Mirza, RA – Buyers Specialist  RS-81233

Grace joined Team Kiriu at BHGRE Advantage Realty as a Business Development Specialist. Grace had been in customer service for well over 10 years and enjoyed client interaction and relationship building. As a Client Relationship Specialist, she reached out to potential clients to better understand their real estate needs. She utilized her background and strong relational skills to build bridges between our clients, Myron, and Team Kiriu and was critical in making sure that the client’s expectations were heard, understood and that each member of the team would proactively do whatever it took to meet and exceed their expectations. Her current role as a Buyers Specialist takes her relationship building to the next level by first understanding our Buyer's unique needs and character then helping them to find the perfect property that fits their criteria. Grace keeps on top of the real estate market and puts people together with perfect properties for them. She is anxious to meet our next Buyer and be of assistance to them as well.

Trisha Kagawa, RA – Listing Specialist RS-80452

Trisha joined Team Kiriu as a Listing Specialist to assist our clients who are getting ready to sell their home. Before joining the Team, Trisha worked at the Sullivan Family of Companies as the Director of Store Planning and Visual Merchandising. Prior to that, she was with MVNP Advertising where she was an Account Supervisor. Trisha graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. On a daily basis, Trisha is out at our Sellers' properties, coordinating with vendors to prepare their home for sale, supervising the work at the property and making sure that our Sellers home is ready to go on the market in a way that works best for their needs. She is ready and willing to start helping you with all of your home selling needs so we are able to sell your home quickly and for the most value.
Grace Ong, RA – Client Relations Specialist RS-81336

Grace was born in Singapore, lived in Malaysia and finished her education in Singapore on a scholarship. She started working at BHGRE Advantage Realty as an Administrative Assistant. In that capacity for several years and seeing how the hard the agents worked for their clients' best interest, her thoughts turned to joining a real estate team. So Grace joined Team Kiriu as a Client Relations Specialist. Her role is to assist our Sellers with showing requests, planning and organizing open houses and attending to any client needs that may come up along the way. Grace speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin and provides an invaluable service to our clients to keep their home's sale moving forward by actively engaging with all Buyers and Agents that seek to see their property once it's listed for sale. She invites them in, points out the homes features, then follows up with them to seek feedback once they've left the property. Grace also actively engages our Sellers to make sure they know what kind of activity is occurring with their home sale.
Makiko Blumke, RA – Buyer's Specialist RS-80681

Makiko was born and raised in Kanagawa, Japan and has lived on Oahu for over 20 years, making her fluent in both English and Japanese. As Team Kiriu’s Client Relations Specialist, Makiko actively engages with all Buyers and Agents that seek to view a client’s property once it's listed for sale. She also actively communicates with our Sellers to keep them informed of the activity on their listing. Her experience in the timeshare real estate industry has given her top-notch customer service skills, and the sense of urgency needed in Hawaii’s competitive market.

Miki Nakano, RA – Digital Marketing Specialist RS-83336

Miki was raised in Japan, California and New York. She graduated from Waseda University in Tokyo and also completed a study abroad program with Boston University. She is bilingual in English and Japanese and has previously worked in marketing for companies in Japan and Hong Kong. Her extensive experience in content strategy, branding, and project management helps connect your property to the perfect buyer.
